Monday March 1st First Day of Tryouts-Must have a Physical (on the offical Parkway physical Form. See link below for form) and Emergency Card
1st day of Tryouts
Need to have:
1. Emergency Card
2. Physical on file (if it is in the nurses office, please have nurse notify Dave McFarland prior to tryouts to cinfirm that it is on file)
